After 10 months of meetings, submissions, more meetings, re-drafts of multiple documents for each qualification, BWYQ finally received APPROVAL for the four new Level 3 qualifications that meet the new Occupational standards for Teaching Yoga and for Adapting and Developing exercise for specialist target groups: Antenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mindbody Exercises for Older Adults (independently active older adults). 

A big thank you to BWYQ coordinator Jenny Howsam for her diligent work in getting these qualifications approved by both IfATE and Ofqual that are now on the Ofqual Register, the “Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF)”
