Near the end of the course, trainees will set up yoga classes in their own communities and one of these sessions will be observed and assessed by your training centre.
As the focus will be on general Mindbody Wellness principles, the prerequisite is to have a group exercise fitness qualification, such as yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, etc. The aim will be to motivate already active older adults to stay active and to adapt their exercise routine as they age.
