Trainee teachers will be able to access consistent information across centres and test their knowledge before completing worksheets for centre assessors’ Summative Assessment. Trainees will set up older adult classes in their own communities and one session will be observed/assessed by your centre.

As the focus will be on general Mindbody Wellness principles, the prerequisite is to have a group exercise fitness qualification, such as yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, etc.  The aim will be to motivate already active older adults to stay active and to adapt their exercise routine as they age.
